Spring

I love this weather! It has been so nice today, in the high 70's. I can't wait for it to be like this every day. Maya and I have been taking walks everyday this week. We walked to a park that has those baby swings but the ground was still muddy so we didn't get to swing but maybe this week sometime. We have also walked to the library twice to check out several Bernstein Bear & Little Critter books! My favorites, I hope she will like them as much as I did.

Maren's visit was fun. I can't remember if I wrote about it yet. She got here Friday and we had tacos and just caught up. Saturday she came with us to get Maya's pictures taken at JC Penney, then that afternoon she took off for Grand Rapids for the concert. Nick and I went to this middle-eastern restaurant with 2 other couples and their kids. It was soo yummy, I love the hummus and pita bread. Then Sunday we just relaxed and waited for Maren to get back. It sounded like she had a blast at the concert. The next morning she missed her flight so she got to stay for another day; we had pizza and watched a chick flick that was pretty lame. It was so much fun, thanks for visiting Maren!
