Dang you Penicillin!!!!!!

Maya is fine. It's not the chickenpox. (See previous post) It was an allergic reaction to the Penicillin which was being used to treat her ear infection. The doctor noticed the infection was still there so M is on another prescription to take care of that. Minus the penicillin. Hopefully she will be back to normal soon.

We just booked our tickets to go to California next month and I am so excited! Nick's grandparents only get to see Maya once a year and so we decided to go visit them when Nick has Spring Break. Spring Break is in February!?!? Not very "Spring" like to me, maybe it will be in CA. We are trying to decide where to go while we are there...Knott's Berry Farm or Disneyland. It's less expensive to go to Knott's and they have a TON of rides Maya can go on. But I just LOVE Disneyland!!

After we went to the Dr. this afternoon, Maya and I went to Target to pick up her new medicine. While it was being filled we strolled the aisles and found the CUTEST little backpack with a huge butterfly on it. I promised Maya a treat for being so good the last couple of weeks so I decided to pick this bad boy up for her. It's the cutest thing ever and only $9! We are going to stash all of her treats and books in it for our flight next month. I'll post some pictures below.

You might be wondering, "Tara, what's up with all the posts lately?". Well, my sweet husband moved our computer upstairs so I have easy access to it now. When it was in the basement it took everything I had to go down there because it's so dark and dingy. (and smelly from the kitty litter) Also, Nick started school last week so my buddy isn't home as much and I have more time. So....enjoy :)
