Maya's 18-month birthday was on Sunday, I can't believe how big she is getting! We had a good day on Sunday celebrating Easter. The Easter bunny hid Maya's basket in some luggage and she was so excited when we unzipped the suitcase! She ate too many jelly beans and half of a chocolate sucker and was way too wired to take a nap before church. I dropped her off for her first "official" day in Nursery and then I was on my way to Primary. She cried a little bit but I didn't hear any crying after a couple of minutes. I went to check in on her about 30 minutes later and didn't see her in the room playing with the other kids. I started to get nervous, of course, but was relieved when I saw this big bump underneath a blanket in a corner of the room. I guess she crashed in her teacher's arms after all the sugar in her bloodstream had worn off! She didn't even get to enjoy her first day in Nursery! Maybe next week.
So, Happy 18 Months to our sweet baby girl!

Making it to nursery is huge! Congrats! We only have five more months of hall walking with Matthew! I'm glad she liked it!
Maya is so cute and that is so exciting that she is in nursery and didn't cry!! I am looking forward to that day when Haven can go and hopefully she won't cry. If you go to www.sjhblogdesign.blogspot.com it will tell you step by step how to do it.
Yeah for nursery! We're finally free to do our callings! It shows how comfortable she is with Jackie, though, that she was able to fall asleep with her rather than just get cranky. It's a good sign for the future.
