Updates...

My mom got into town on Wednesday night, we were so relieved that the baby didn't decide to come before my mom did! She has been so helpful. Yesterday she did about 4 loads of laundry, swept and mopped the kitchen floor, made lunch and dinner for Maya, watched Maya so we could run a couple of errands, and the list goes on! I can't believe how nice it has been to have her around. I have a hard time accepting help but my mom finally yelled and me and said, "This is why I'm here!"

Yesterday we also went to my doctor's appointment, I have progressed to a 3 cm. Last week I was at 1 cm...so it's moving along. I'm hoping the baby will come today though, I really don't want to spend another weekend being pregnant! I am getting so uncomfortable and pretty much worthless around here. Oh well. When I was pregnant with Maya I daydreamed about her all the time; wondered what she would look like, sound like, etc. but to be honest I haven't done any of that with baby #2! I guess I just don't have as much time on my hands with Maya and family life. Yesterday I finally started to wonder who he will look like and it got me really excited to meet him. I cannot wait to hold my little guy and just look at him!
