My baby girl is 4 today!!! FOUR! I can't believe it, and neither can she. She keeps walking around the house saying, "can you believe I am 4 years old today? I can't."

I remember when she was born thinking she looked like a chubby Cabbage Patch Doll. She has grown up into a beautiful and sweet little girl with lots of personality.

Maya, we love you so much. You are sweet, silly, fun, smart, sensitive, loving, shy, inquisitive (like your dad), and you make my life better each and every day! She is so shy and doesn't like any attention on her when in a big group. At church on Sunday they were going to sing Happy Birthday to her but she refused to come up in front. I hope that changes eventually...I sure hated being shy growing up.

For Maya's big day we went to McDonalds for lunch, and made a cake. When Nick gets home we'll have dinner, cake, and present time! She is doing so good waiting patiently but I have noticed that she is sure excited for dad to come home for some reason! Cute girl.

Saturday she will have her friend party! We are really excited!
