Counting down the days

My mom will be here in just 7 more days! I can't wait until she gets off the plane and we can hug her. I'm sure I will feel so much relief knowing that the baby can now officially make her appearance! The last leg of this pregnancy has been really rough. It's hot, I'm huge and miserable, the kids still need me, and I just want this to be over with! Luckily the last week or so hasn't been as hot as earlier weeks. I have really started to hate night time because I'm up several times using the bathroom and after lying down for so long my body gets really sore and, because of the size of my belly, it's hard to move or roll over. Yeah! Crazy to think our baby will be here in less than 2 weeks. I feel bad about complaining...I should make a special note that I am really grateful to have had this pregnancy go so smoothly over the last 9 months. It is a major blessing in our life. Nick had the week of last week. It was so nice to have him here with us. He got lots of bike rides in, painted the nursery, took us to see Madagascar 3, swimming, had a little get together with friends on the 4th of July, and just hung out. I will go into more detail and show pictures when I get them on my computer later.
