Progression..and a Fitness Pass!!!

Maya is growing up so fast and she is catching on to everything! I feel like she is really starting to understand what Nick and I are talking about when we speak to her. Her new favorite thing is to play on the computer using the mouse and the keyboard. On Saturday Nick saw her playing with the mouse and said, "Maya, are you playing on the computer??" and she looked up at him and said, "No." We both looked at each other and started cracking up. So now it's a new game...Maya goes in the office, plays with the mouse and looks out the door like, "are you going to ask me if I'm playing with the computer?" so of course we ask her and she always says, "NO." Then she laughs hysterically.

Today at the grocery store she had to say hi and wave at everyone. She especially loved seeing all of the other babies and kids at the store and she'd wave at them. I wish she was as friendly to the kids in her Nursery class. She has been having a bit of separation anxiety lately so Nursery has been a challenge. Even with her best buddy, Benjamin in there! He is so sweet to always make sure M is okay and not sad. Yesterday I was in there with her and when she started to cry Benjamin came over with one of the other girl's hair bows as if to say, "Will this make you happy??" Then the other little girl noticed what he was doing and flipped out! They are so funny at this age.

We finally bought our Rec. Center pass and I am SO excited! It would have been nice to have it over the winter months when Maya and I needed to get out of the house but we are excited, nonetheless! I am waiting for Maya to get up from her nap so we can go swimming this afternoon. Nick and I are both going to try and cut out all the junk we've been eating so we have more energy and lose some weight. This will also be a great place to spend time as a family.

Maya and her $2.99 Osh Kosh sweater...so cute. I can't get over that sale!!

All ready for church.

Crazy hair (and a tutu)after a long nap.

I'm happy to hear Benjamin is being helpful! He did the same thing here when she cried for a bit - he kept bringing her toys to see if it would cheer her up. If only he were so willing to share with boys! ;)

Good luck on your weight loss plans, although honestly, I don't see the need when I look at you! You look great!

Maya is so cute!

Was that the osh kosh sale at the outlet mall in Howell where everything was 2.99 or lower? I got an email for it and was going to go but never got around to it. Glad you got some good deals.
