This will most likely be my last post until I get back from Utah on April 22nd. We had a great weekend spending a lot of family time together and watching General Conference. It was definitely different not having President Hinckley on the stand but overall I thought it was an excellent conference. I feel inspired and enthused to be a better mom and wife and feel so lucky to be able to do so. I believe it was Elder M. Russell Ballard who spoke about our duties as mothers and wives and how we shouldn't spend all of our time watching TV or surfing the web...oops...I just spent about an hour trying to find a $1.50 off Luvs coupon that I could print from my computer. It was with good intentions though! I would really like to try and save money so my husband doesn't feel so stressed out about our finances. :) It was truly a great conference and I learned a lot. Maya was good about folding her arms for all of the prayers and she didn't mess with the TV too much either. Usually she turns it off if her cartoons aren't on and I think she only did it once.
I picked up some of these bad boys for Maya and I must say, she walks better in heels than I do!

Yesterday was SO nice outside. The park was still pretty wet...notice the "lake" behind Maya, but we had a great time playing in the sunshine.
We can't wait to see everybody in Utah! It has been about a year so this trip is long overdue and we are just really excited for our visit. Of course we'll miss Nick but he has some studying to do so he'll be busy anyway. Maya will actually get to go to one of her cousin's birthday parties! My niece Ellie just turned four and she is going to have a party on Saturday.
Okay, enough of being on the computer. I will go do something productive now :)Oh wait, does anyone know where I can find printable diaper coupons!?!?!

Hey Tara- Maya is such a cutie! Lincoln would definately like her. Maybe we will see you guys while you are here. It would be fun!
What park do you guys go to? We spent nearly three hours at the one on Shiawasee yesterday! And today we hung out at the one on 7 mile near Gill until Benjamin declared he was "all done" and walked over to the car! :) As for diaper coupons, I wish I knew! Although, thanks to the wonderful shower you threw me - I'm hooked up for a while - at least for the small sizes.
I loved conference too! M. Russel Ballard's talk was awesome! All the talks were great. It was wierd not having Pres. Hinkley there. Sorry, I don't know where to get those diaper coupons but I love finding coupons as well. Have you tried Pinching Your Pennies?
