We're Baaack!

Maya and I had a great time in Utah, it was so hard to leave. It was nice to spend a lot of time with my parents, Nick's family, and our nieces and nephews. I loved seeing my sister and brother. (and their spouses of course!) Some highlights of our trip...

My niece Ellie's Birthday Party
Lots of shopping and talking with my mom
Maya sleeping through the night almost everynight!!! Nice.
Watching the Jazz games with my 'rents. They are so cool :)
Making girly hair bows with my sister, Missy
Not a positive highlight, when Missy and I were making the bows Maya found a pen and wrote all over the nice chair. I'm still feeling guilty about that. Missy, have you talked to RC Willey yet??
Maya taking out all of the pie tins in my mom's cabinet and organizing them on the floor.
Comparing Maya and Avery, my cousin's little girl who was born 2 days after M.
Watching Ellie in her dance class
Carson sharing his ice cream with Maya in the backseat
Getting huge burritos from Cafe Rio...ahhh, they are so expensive now!
Lunch with my good friend Maren
Seeing my Grandma Alice on her birthday
Visiting with my Aunt Carol
Celebrating Chad's (my bro) birthday
Taking Maya for blanket rides in my parent's huge backyard
Playing games with my dad in the backyward, we're both competitive
Going to Hogle Zoo with some of Nick's family and my family
Maya learning so many new things ("Pease?") and loving all of the attention she was getting
Eating out too much and feeling sick the whole day before we left.
Swimming with Carson and Ellie, & Gramma and Papa at the fitness center.

We had so much fun! I'm sure I could go more into the details but I won't. I'll just post lots of pictures. It was great to see everybody and we miss you already! My parents are just amazingly sweet and fun people and grandparents. Thanks for all you did for us.

P.S. Pippen went missing on Monday night while we were still in Utah. We spent all night searching for him on Tuesday and then I passed out flyers door to door on Wednesday afternoon. I was so devestated! I was crying a lot and just worrying sick about him. On Wednesday night I came home from a meeting and found him on our neighbor's doorstep! He's home! YAY! We are so happy.

Tara - I am so sad that we never met up while you were here. I LOVED seeing all the pictures of the fam. I miss them being our neighbors SO much! It looks like you had a fun time. Maybe next time :)
