So I am pretty much "P-O'd" right now. I just got a letter in the mail from our insurance company that says we don't get our lower rate anymore. The deal was if Nick and I both got in to see our doctors for a check-up and bloodwork and if everything came back normal we'd continue to get our discounted rate. Well, I was a little big of a procrastinator and didn't completely finish my end of the deal, I was supposed to also fill out a heath survey on-line. All of this was due by August 31st, I didn't get the survey done until a couple of days after that. I feel like we did the most important part and actually went to the doctor to get checked out! Who cares if I take a little survey that I am pretty much making up the answers to anyway!?!? Nick called them today to see if they would just let it slide and they said no. I am so mad! We have to wait until next June to reapply. So I guess this teaches me that I can't procrastinate on this kind of stuff and that we won't be going to the doctor for a year because we can't afford it anymore :)
My next gripe. Maya is refusing to nap and has not napped since last Tuesday! I am so tired of this!!!! I can't tell you how frustrating it is. She has been such a good sleeper for the past year, but it can't always go perfectly. I am so not ready to let her give up naps though, we'll keep trying. Even now she is in her crib talking to herself. Ugh, go to sleep crazy lady!! If she was done with naps we wouldn't have to plan our day around them anymore. That's one positive.

Ugh! That's brutal! I was so frustrated with all the requirements the insurance made, but luckily I jumped through the hoops in time. I'm so sorry for you! I feel your pain regarding naps too, but yes - if you're not working around her schedule, we can hang out more! You can also just send her over here and take a nap yourself!
