Maya's room

So here is a picture of what we really wanted for Maya's room, we found it on Pottery Barn's website:



This is her room now:



I love the detail that was painted on the wall in the first picture and would love to do something like that in her room. Maybe some butterlies that match her quilt. Nick wanted to go all out and do the wainscotting on the walls as well but with her white furniture and white trim we have plenty of white. That would take a lot more work too! As I mentioned in a previous post, the yellow didn't quite turn out the same but Maya LOVES her room and I think she likes how bring and cheery it is in there.
